You may return any item purchased on eight-roma.it within 14 days of delivery.

ONLINE RETURN

1. Complete the online return form within 14 days of delivery, specifying whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

2. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged — with tags attached and all relevant accessories and dedicated packaging included.

3. Items must be shipped from the same country to which they were delivered. Shipping costs are not reimbursed and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Returns must be shipped following the instructions below:

To request the return of one or more items, complete the return form within 14 days of delivery. Prepare your parcel following these steps:

a) Place the items in the original order box or a similarly sturdy box. Make sure the items are exactly as you received them, including any accessories and dedicated packaging.

b) Affix the prepaid return label included with your order to the box, making sure to cover or remove any existing labels. If you cannot find the return label, please contact us.

c) Arrange a free collection with our couriers within 14 days of completing the return form.

Before issuing a refund or dispatching an exchange, all returned items will be inspected. Items that do not meet the guidelines described above will not be accepted.
